Now Comes Plaintiff Anton Haley, Officially Serving Notice on defendants, Ray Fernandez AKA Ray Pena Fernandez AKA Ray Kenedy AKA Nueces County Medical Examiner AKA Coroner, Marie Stacy Fernandez AKA Marie Stacy AKA Mae Stacy AKA Nelly Mae Stacy AKA Mae Marie Fernandez AKA "The Coroner's Wife" AKA The "Medical Examiner's wife" AKA "Ray Fernandez' Spokeswoman" AKA "Medical Examiner's Buffer" and others to be named at a later date, for breach of contract and misrepresentation.


Plaintiff asserts that: (1) he entered into a well documented JOINT VENTURE with defendants as an investigator and legal assistant from Jun 2004 to Late Dec 2004; (2) his duties included investigating current and potential leads, Online Advocacy, Extensive Research and interviewing witnesses, family members, and other key individuals; (3) in addition to the confidentiality clause, South Texas Committments, a professional level postition, a house, and small acreage Defendants agreed to pay Plaintiff a bonus, contingent upon the successful outcome of the cases on which he performed legal assistance and investigative services; and (4) the practice of paying bonuses in addition to the above structured compensation was common for Defendants (as stated in advertisements). Plaintiff claims he is owed compensation for the "Fernandez v Kenedy" cases with Bonus remaining until fruition.
